Competitions and Fixtures
Our Ladies’ Section is active, welcoming, and an important part of club life at Chilwell Manor. There’s a full calendar of golf, competitions, and social events throughout the year, catering for players of all abilities.
We hold weekly Medals and Stablefords (both 18- and 9-hole), along with a wide variety of fun team and themed competitions. Members can also take part in Summer and Winter Knockouts, played as both singles and foursomes, with separate competitions for 18- and 9-hole players.
Our Ladies’ Club Championship is a highlight of the year, while Invitation Day offers a fantastic opportunity to welcome guests and enjoy a friendly but competitive day of golf.

Inter-Club and County Competitions
Chilwell Manor ladies regularly compete in Nottinghamshire County Golf Union events, including team and individual competitions. We also enter a number of national competitions such as the Daily Mail Foursomes and others.
Friendly matches against local clubs form an important part of our calendar. These fixtures are played both midweek and at weekends, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to represent the club.

Social and Mixed Golf
Away from the fairways, there’s a lively social scene within the Ladies’ Section. During the winter months, we host weekly duplicate bridge sessions and occasional matches against other clubs — a great way to stay connected during the off-season.
Our Mixed Golf Programme continues to grow, with regular roll-ups, knockouts, and inter-club matches, as well as traditional mixed competitions often held on Bank Holiday Mondays.
