Flexible Membership
Our Flexible Membership is a points-based option, ideal for golfers who want flexibility and value while remaining part of the Chilwell Manor community.
Key Details:
• Receive 225 points credited to your account each year.
• Limited to 85 Flexi Members.
• Join at any point during the year – membership is invoiced at the end of your 12-month period.
• Play 10 or 18 holes using separate points matrices.
• Hold a WHS Handicap.
• Discount card for food and drinks.
• County Card access (excluding full reciprocal course discounts).
• Flexi Members cannot attend the AGM or serve on committees.
• Booking windows: Full Members – 8 days; Flexi Members – 8days; Visitors – 7 days.

Corporate Membership
Our Corporate Membership offers businesses the opportunity to enjoy golf and hospitality at Chilwell Manor while strengthening client and colleague relationships in a relaxed setting.
Package includes:
• 25 tee times per year, each worth 20 points, managed through the BRS Flexible Membership system.
• 10% discount on company golf days, plus an invitation to our annual corporate event.
• 50% discount on room hire for our function suites.

Junior Membership
At Chilwell Manor, we believe you’re never too young to start golf!
Our Junior Section is thriving, with a strong membership of young players aged 5 to 18. They meet regularly for coaching sessions with our PGA Professional, supported by volunteer coaches and members who help create a fun, inclusive environment.
We are proud to hold the GolfMark Award, recognising our commitment to junior development, safety, and inclusivity.
Highlights:
• Weekly coaching sessions led by PGA Professionals.
• Matches and competitions against other local clubs.
• County and regional opportunities for talented players.
• Managed by our Junior Section Lead, who is fully DBS-checked and trained in safeguarding and welfare.

Social Membership
Not a golfer? You can still be part of the Chilwell Manor community with our Social Membership.
